Pivot had the pleasure of co-hosting the Pivot & MDA Summer Party, a private rooftop event for a select group of property developers and professionals from across the industry.

The event was held at 1864 Rooftop, above John Lewis on Oxford Street, the event was a relaxed but purposeful gathering designed to foster new relationships and reconnect with longstanding clients and collaborators.

With no speeches or formalities, the event created space for open conversation and genuine connection in an informal setting. Attendees enjoyed uninterrupted views across the London skyline, accompanied by drinks and three rounds of food, all of which were enthusiastically received.

While networking was at the heart of the evening, the event also served a broader purpose: to say thank you. For Pivot, it was an opportunity to show appreciation to those who have supported our growth over the past year, while also welcoming new faces into the fold. The Pivot team had meaningful conversations with developers looking ahead to their next project, architects and planners involved in active schemes, and professionals eager to expand their network within the residential and mixed-use sectors.

Pivot with MDA Consulting’s partnership helped create a welcoming and well-balanced atmosphere and we look forward to further collaboration in the months ahead.
