Our short-term loan facilities can be grouped into three high level categories:
Residential + Refurbishment: Facilities secured against residential property to refinance, purchase or to support nonstructural works;
Commercial + Semi-Commercial: Facilities secured against commercial or semi-commercial property with or without a tenant in place;
Development + Pre-Planning: Facilities to develop property or land with planning permission and facilities secured against sites where a scheme has been developed but a planning permission is yet to be gained.

we leverage proprietary and third party technology
Technological solutions are used from enquiry to redemption. We integrate with third parties and generate documents from our end-to-end loan management system. Our claims of being able to offer speed are tangible and credit backed terms are typically issued within 24 hours.
We have diverse institutional and private funding arrangements
We are funded by Shawbrook Bank, Insight Investments, I&M Bank and we even issue our own bonds. What this means is that we are not hamstrung by one funder and we make our own funding decisions (there is no double underwriting).
we competitively price every transaction
Our funding arrangements mean that we can offer rates from 0.74% pm and typically do not charge any exit fees. We also assess every transaction on its own merits and price risk accordingly.
We offer products that others in the market cannot
We leverage our property and planning expertise to offer unique products, such as lending against hope value. We are also happy to consider complex cases and uncommon assets.
