PIVOT EXPANDS ITS HQ TEAM

Milly Clements-Moore has joined the head office staff at Pivot as an analyst.

Initially training to gain exposure across all aspects of the business: from deal origination, meeting brokers and borrowers, to underwriting and deal structuring… now, with her increased knowledge, she is working more specifically on deals, with growing responsibility and independence.

Before joining the team at Pivot, Milly gained her degree in Geology and Earth Science at Birmingham University, and then worked at a property agency while completing her Master’s in Real Estate and Development at the University of Westminster. During her time at the agency,  she acquired a wide overview and knowledge of all aspects of the property development cycle which she feels complements very well what she now does at Pivot.

As she completed her degree, she became more and more interested in the field of property finance, and the opportunity to work at Pivot, with its specialist and widely experienced team of great people, appealed immensely. For the next few years she wants to stay, learn and develop her career in the company as it grows more successful, but her 10-year objective is to move to New York where she would like nothing more than to start and run her own business within the world of property in some way.

When she’s away from the office, Milly likes to paint, get out and about in nature and go to the gym as much as she can. She’s recently got into golf and says she now understands what they all talk about in the office and is determined to beat her bosses at some point!

She grew up riding horses and competed in front of Prince Philip a few years ago, which is a great memory for her to cherish, and she’s also competed at Horse of The Year Show at the NEC in Birmingham and ridden for South-East England.
