Olivia Emmett joins Pivot

Olivia Emmett has joined the head office staff at Pivot as an Analyst, getting to grips with all the different strands of the business, but with more of a focus on finance matters.

Olivia graduated from Nottingham University in 2022 with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and after a short internship with a small property finance company, she joined Pivot this year.

She says she enjoys being part of a small team as feels she can learn more that way, get more involved and develop her knowledge and experience. Her family background is in property and Olivia likes working on projects to watch how they develop and progress over time and then come to fruition.

When she’s not trying to get to grips with the many-faceted world of specialist property finance, Olivia enjoys keeping fit at the gym and swimming; also reading and exploring London as she is new to the City. At some point in the future she thinks she might like to move to Australia for a few years and continue her other interest of travelling.
