CLARE ATKINS
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Clare Atkins joined Pivot in February 2026 as Finance Director and a member of the Senior Management Team, bringing over 18 years of experience in finance and accounting within the financial services sector. ACCA qualified, Clare has extensive expertise across lending, private credit, real estate and fund management, with significant experience operating across multiple jurisdictions.
In her role at Pivot, Clare is responsible for leading the finance function, overseeing financial strategy, regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational performance. She works closely with the wider leadership team to ensure robust financial governance, effective forecasting, and alignment with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Clare has held board-level positions and has a strong track record of leading cross-functional and multi-regional teams, managing audits and regulatory requirements, and delivering complex projects including fund launches, system implementations, and process transformation initiatives. Her experience spans both high-growth and established financial services businesses, where she has consistently driven operational efficiency and strengthened financial controls.
Outside of work, Clare enjoys horse riding, hiking, surfing and solo travelling.
